Sapphire, the birthstone for September, is cherished for its vibrant hues and durability. This gemstone is most commonly recognized in its rich blue form but actually comes in a wide range of colours, excluding red, which classifies the gem as a ruby. Sapphire's allure is not only in its beauty but also in its significance and versatility.

Sapphires symbolise wisdom, virtue, good fortune, and holiness for royals. In ancient times, sapphires were thought to have protective powers, guarding their wearers against envy and harm.

RETURNS POLICY

Instore Purchases

We have a 14 day exchange/credit note policy.
We do not offer refunds for items purchased instore. 

Online Orders

Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or you recieved the wrong item. 
As a goodwill gesture, you can request a refund or exchange for all items purchased fom the Online Shop within 14 days of recieving your order. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us at westfield@gallerie.com.au to request a refund or exchange. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom or personalised (E.g., engraved) items and jewellery care products (such as jewellery cloths or cleaner) cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
