Alexandrite is one of the most coveted gemstones in the world — prized above almost all others for its ability to shift colour with the light. In daylight, a deep, rich green. Under incandescent light, a velvety purple. These 4.06ct emerald cut lab-grown alexandrites display that shift in full.

Lab-grown alexandrite offers the same optical and physical properties as its natural counterpart, with full traceability and an ethical provenance. The emerald cut is the ideal choice for this stone — its long, open facets maximise the colour-change effect with every movement.

A 0.10ct princess cut diamond (GSI) sits below each stone, adding a point of brilliance, while heart-shaped claw detailing in the setting adds a considered, romantic touch to the design.

Please note: while lab alexandrite is consistent in quality, the colour-change effect will vary in intensity depending on lighting conditions.

RETURNS POLICY

Instore Purchases

We have a 14 day exchange/credit note policy.
We do not offer refunds for items purchased instore. 

Online Orders

Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or you recieved the wrong item. 
As a goodwill gesture, you can request a refund or exchange for all items purchased fom the Online Shop within 14 days of recieving your order. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us at westfield@gallerie.com.au to request a refund or exchange. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom or personalised (E.g., engraved) items and jewellery care products (such as jewellery cloths or cleaner) cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
