A round brilliant cut diamond, set with four claws (or six) on a fine diamond claw set band. Crafted in Platinum or 18K White, Yellow or Rose gold. Choose from either a certified mined diamond or certified lab grown diamond. (Pictured 0.75ct centre stone & 0.37ct accent stones)

Natural or Lab diamonds, the choice is yours.

Natural diamonds are formed deep in the earth's mantle over billions of years through a natural process involving heat and pressure. They are mined from the ground and can have unique characteristics and flaws that make them valuable and one-of-a-kind. Lab-grown diamonds, on the other hand, are created in a controlled environment using advanced technology that replicates the natural process. They have the same physical, chemical and optical properties as natural diamonds but are produced faster and at a lower cost. Both natural and lab-grown diamonds have their own advantages and disadvantages, and it's up to the individual to decide which one suits their needs and values.

RETURNS POLICY

Instore Purchases

We have a 14 day exchange/credit note policy.
We do not offer refunds for items purchased instore. 

Online Orders

Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or you recieved the wrong item. 
As a goodwill gesture, you can request a refund or exchange for all items purchased fom the Online Shop within 14 days of recieving your order. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us at westfield@gallerie.com.au to request a refund or exchange. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom or personalised (E.g., engraved) items and jewellery care products (such as jewellery cloths or cleaner) cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
